In celebration of Valentino's new boutique on 98 Prince Street, this collaboration with Bond Hospitality and Sartiano’s brings together the worlds of fashion and fine dining in downtown New York.
Sartiano’s, founded by hospitality expert Scott Sartiano, mirrors Valentino's rich Italian heritage, offering a modern Italian dining experience that harmonises tradition with contemporary tastes.
During the limited time opening the café will be transformed with Valentino Pink PP, creating a captivating ambiance inspired by the Maison's spirit of creativity and femininity.
The specially curated menu, crafted by Executive Chef Chris Lewnes and James Beard award-winning Chef Alfred Portale, features a fusion of traditional and innovative dishes whilst Bond Hospitality’s Beverage Director Adam Baca adds to the experience with a specialty cocktail inspired by the essence of Valentino and Sartiano’s.
